Ursa Systems provides international aviation, weapons system and logistics support for USA and International Governmental programs. The organization has vendor contracts throughout most of the Eastern European State-owned defense manufacturer network and has existing supply contracts with multiple Governmental agencies. Ursa is incorporated in the USA with import, export and brokerage authorizations from the USA Department of State, Department of Justice, and the Department of Homeland Security.

ASU USA is the US sales and marketing arm for ASU Baltija JSC of Lithuania. ASU was incorporated in 2005 and provides a broad range of RW support including CLS, engineering and MRO services for the full range of Russian helicopters. ASU possesses certification by the “Federal State Unitary Enterprise State Civil Aviation Scientific Research Institute of the Russian Federation”; certification from GOSNIIGA of Moscow; and ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certification. Services have included aircraft sales/procurement support, whole aircraft CLS, Western avionics engineering and installation, ballistic protection installation and specific weapons upgrade programs.
ASU possesses hanger and MRO facilities in Kaunas, Lithuania where aircraft design engineering, airframe overhauls and repairs are conducted. ASU has provided aircraft services for the US Government, NATO, the Ministry of Defense (MOD) of Uganda, the MOD of Pakistan, the United Nations and various US allied governments. Further ASU supports the Lithuanian Air Force’s fleet of Airbus AS365 Dauphine helicopters.
